The GS manufactured Range has been designed and manufactured to the highest standard and therefore carry a full Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing faults. Sorry, this does not include wear and tear on power coating, Cables, Pulleys and Foam padding and upholstery.
Custom-made products cannot be return for credit.

Non Getstrength Manufactured Products
Non Getstrength manufactured products carry a full 12 month warranty against manufacturing faults.
All manufactured equipment carry a 40% cancellation fee after 7 days of order.
With the exception of shipping errors, refunds or credits are not issued for shipping charges.
NO other warranty written or implied exists unless noted in website or catalogue.

Getstrength.com does not pay for International Duty taxes. If a shipment incurs any such charges the customer is responsible. Getstrength.com is not responsible for brokerage fees incurred on International shipments. These fees, whether charged by a private or customs appointed broker, are the sole responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for all International additional shipping costs.
The customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs that may occur from an incorrect address or refused shipment. All orders shipped airmail unless advised otherwise. All orders should arrive in 1-2 weeks with Standard NZ Post or 1-2 Days on DHL Express Upgrade option, but may take up to 4 weeks to reach you if manufacturing of this product is required or custom work has been undertaken.
